New season starts with defeat [Match/Competition]

Niigata was defeted by Omiya 0-2 at Nack5 stadium, which means Niigata haven't won the league opening match for 5 years since they promoted into 1st division.
Omiya dominated a ball thoughout the game. However Niigata threghtened Omiya's goal with counter attacks in the early part of the game, which was well related by new brazillian, Alessandro and Davi. After Omiya's goal keeper denied them, Omiya gradually overwhelmed Niigata both in attacks and in defence. It was Omiya's Pedero Martines who opened the game. In 25 minutes the brazillian striker showed individual effort as he dodged pressure of Niigata's defenders in the penalty area and slot the ball into far corner. Their socond also came from him. In stoppage time of 1st half, Martines forced Kitano spill the ball in front of Daigo Kobayashi with powerful shot and Daigo Kobayashi easily pushed into the goal.
In sedond half, Yano made some chances from set pieces. the one of them was cleared just off the line by Omiya defender. However totally it was the 2nd half that just Omiya's superiority stood out.
Niigata looked improving in their combination but lack variety of attacks. They need ball keeping in the midfield or upfornt to gain time to wait team mates overwraping or using a ground wide for some time.
