The left winger,Singo Suzuki made the 100th league appearace.
In 2002 he left the team which struggled in the 2nd division for promoting Kyoto Purple-Sanga and played 60 games for two years. He came back to Niigata last year when they joined the 1st division at the first time and played 40 games for Niigata so far. He scored 15 goals for the games.
